How to Use
Before application, prep lashes with Surratt Relevee Lash Curler. For complete coverage, swipe the metal brush from the root of the lashes all the way to the ends. For a precise definition, sweep on one coat. For increased density, use two. For extreme volume, use three or more coats to build without the bulk.
Gently remove with an oil-based eye makeup remover.

HOW TO USE

For best results: Replace your curler's silicone pad every three to four months. Remove makeup on the surface of the pad with a soft, dry cloth. Use your curler before applying mascara. -

How to Use
